Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags intact and the box undamaged before the courier arrives for pickup.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will visit your address for a reverse pickup; please collect the signed acknowledgment receipt for your records.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
